Brise-Glace is Jim O'Rourke's take on a "rock band". Jim O'Rourke would take recorded jam sessions with his band then cut up the tape and slice it back together creating unique structures. A very unique album.

Classic album that has influenced countless bands. Incredible chugging and soloing guitars up the wazoo paired with J Mascis' apathetic vocals. You should already have this.

Z-Rock Hawaii - Z-Rock Hawaii (1996)

Collaboration between Ween and Japanese experimental noise-rockers Boredoms. An interesting mixture of Ween's off-kilter humour and Yamantaka Eye's unmistakable noisy style, and a pretty enjoyable listen overall.

This was my first Deerhoof album and I think it's still my favourite. Fantastic drumming, interesting guitar work, little synth droplets here and there. Very fun.
